You should know that according to Swiss legislation, food supplements are to all intents and purposes foodstuffs, intended to supplement the daily diet. They are a concentrated source of nutrients.

All our supplements are subject to the ordinance of the DFI (federal department of the interior) on food supplements, which regulates the quality and quantity of the substances present in the formulations.

We also have HACCP certification which establishes rules on hygiene and safety standards (reception, storage, preparation, sale, microbiological tests, etc.). To further guarantee the safety of our supplements, we collaborate with an external consultancy company "Swiss Quality Testing & Consulting" which examines each of our supplements (formulations, containers, labels, laboratory analyses, etc.) before marketing.

You have up to 8 days from delivery to report the damage to the post office branch closest to you. Take the package with you with the relative contents, to allow the post office to assess the damage and to draw up the appropriate report, in order to verify any right to compensation for damages.

Our company and its entire team care a lot about it environmental safety and eco-sustainability, for us they are important values, that's why we have chosen to commit ourselves seriously and face new challenges every day to reduce our ecological footprint as much as possible, concretely we have already replaced all the materials for online shipments with recyclable material (cartons, adhesive tape, filling material, brochures, bags), we never use the classic plastic document holder envelope on the package to be sent, invoices are sent only by email, company cars are 100% electric or hybrid, we will never use plastic jars to put our supplements, in most cases we use a biophotonic violet glass jar, completely recyclable or reusable to store other foods. 

The reasons are many, for the responsible companies today packaging has become an important issue. LPlastic is harmful to the environment. Glass packaging is a better choice from both a conservation and an environmental point of view, it is known that plastic containers could release dysfunctional substances, also called endocrine disruptors such as Bisphenol A (BPA) or Phthalates, a synthetic chemical used in industrial manufacturing.

The special biophotonic glass we have chosen is better for the environment than "regular" glass packaging because manages to maintain the quality of the products for a longer period of time and therefore there will be less waste. Even more important, our glass is 100% recyclable and can be easily reused at home to store other products.
