Why is our olive oil so unique
Our organic extra virgin olive oil TUSCAN, with an intense flavor, pleasant to taste, it is mainly distinguished by its high amount of natural antioxidants and vitamin E.
We are able to guarantee a minimum content of 500 mg / kg in every bottle of these important antioxidants called polyphenols.
To achieve this extraordinary result, the olives must be harvested wisely before maximum ripeness, consequently they will have a very low yield an extremely high concentration of all the most beneficial active ingredients.
Throughout the supply chain including storage within our warehouses, one is maintained constant temperature between 15-20 °C in order not to alter the polyphenolic matrix.
Why is it important to use an extra virgin olive oil with these characteristics?
Only by using an olive oil with these characteristics is it possible to truly exploit the benefits associated with its active ingredients, using the daily quantity recommended by the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) of two tablespoons a day.
